WERK is a magazine created for the Refugee Talent Hub: an employer initiative that brings refugees and employers together with paid jobs as the goal.
Many refugees in the Netherlands are eager to go to work. However, not everyone is able to find a job. When you are new you often have a small network and it is difficult to meet employers. The opposite is also true. Many employers would like to use the talent and craftsmanship of refugees, but are unable to find them. A joint network is therefore missing. Refugee Talent Hub provides these network opportunities.
Autobahn is a long term partner of Refugee Talent Hub. From redesigning and maintain the website to design all sorts of promotional media, networking tools and various campaigns. WERK magazine is one of these promotional media and provides employers with information to make them enthusiastic about offering refugees a workplace.
